How can I update my payment information?
Once you receive a failed payment notification email from Stripe, you might have an update link for the payment source. This link should be available for you only a few days to change your payment source or credit card on the subscription.
However, best to resolve this case is logging in to the service dashboard which you’ve subscribed. From its subscription tab, you can cancel your current subscription and create a new subscription with your new payment source.

How can I update my card details on the current subscription?
When you receive your card about to expire notification email from Stripe, please click the update now link. This link should redirect you to the Stripe payment update page.
If you are not redirecting to the Stripe payment update page, then you need to login to the service dashboard which you subscribed to. From its subscription tab, you can click the cancel subscription link. Then create a new subscription with your new payment source.
I want to cancel my subscription.
What should I do?
To cancel your current active subscription, please log in to the service dashboard which you’ve subscribed to. From its subscription tab, click the cancel subscription link. Your subscription will cancel automatically.
